Portofino Boutique ships all over the world.
Each customer can choose the shipment he prefers, selecting "Standard" or "Express", and will receive the order on the days declared by the couriers.
All orders are managed by the warehouse and taken over by the couriers within 5 working days from receipt of the order confirmation. Shipping exceptions could be for the countries of South America (Brazil, Argentina, etc.), Africa and Russia where the customs clearance of goods requires more time.
Shipping times are estimated times. This means that Portofino Boutique is not responsible in case there should be delays due to major force. For example: technical problems, delays due to the couriers handling the dispatch / sorting, holidays, weather conditions, etc.
Following each order, a shipping number will be provided to the customer in order to track the order.
For any problems due to shipments, do not hesitate to contact us by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, making sure to specify your name / surname & order number.
It could happen that, once it reaches its destination, the package is subject to customs controls. In these cases, very rare, there could be some expenses for the clearance of the order that will be paid by the buyer. These customs expenses are calculated according to the purchase value.
Return & Exchange Policy
Portofino Boutique accepts returns (only for non-compliant / defective goods) or change of size no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.
The items must be returned at the expense of the purchaser to the address of origin of the goods, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Portofino Boutique.
Portofino Boutique makes refunds for the amount corresponding to the purchase only and exclusively in case of evidence that the goods received is not compliant / defective.
Portofino Boutique will ask the customer to send by e-mail photos of the garment received highlighting its non-compliance. Justifications such as "is not to my liking", "I do not like", "color slightly different from the photo" etc. are not sufficient evidence for the request of refund as they are individual and subjective considerations.
Portofino Boutique will however evaluate case by case, and will decide each time whether to give the customer the opportunity to return the item, at his expense, to the address of origin of the goods and consent to the issue of a credit of the same amount of purchase offering the possibility of making a change of goods.
Both for the return and for the change of size, the item must be returned in a perfect state of conservation, which includes original packaging / case and label, must not be washed, worn, no odor / perfume or damaged in any way. The garments must be packaged in the same packaging received or alternatively with a similar and compliant packaging for the transport of the same. If you fail to comply with at least one of the points listed above, Portofino Boutique reserves the right not to accept any return / request for size changes.
Underwear and swimwear can not be returned and change of size is not foreseen.
